Job Duties:

Collect and analyze data to evaluate the time and cost of materials and labor required for pool maintenance and construction. Consult with clients to understand their budget and goals for the project. Collaborate with designers, architects, property owners, and subcontractors to coordinate project details. Recommend necessary adjustments based on the analysis of actual costs. Monitor the maintenance and construction to ensure expenses remain within budget. Prepare cost estimates to aid in the selection of vendors and subcontractors. Maintain an up-to-date directory of suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors. Assist in negotiations with suppliers.

Requirements:

 High School + 24 months exp. as an Estimator. Alternatively , will accept 24 months of exp. as a Cost Consultant, Project Consultant, or any Sales position with duties related to budgeting and financial analysis.

Hours:

40 hours/week
